Angela Claresta Foek, S.H., M.H. is an accomplished legal professional with over five years of experience in diverse areas of law, including criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, and intellectual property rights. Holding both a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law from the University of Surabaya, Angela began her legal career at Soedjono C. Atmonegoro & Henricus Herikes Law Firm, where she handled high-profile cases such as corruption in the oil and gas sector (including compliance with PTK 007), money laundering, and third-party objections in good faith—cases that significantly contributed to the issuance of Supreme Court Regulation (Perma) No. 2 of 2022.
