Melvin's recent work includes advising a leading Singaporean arcade and merchandise brand, a swiftlet nest production company, and a Chinese smartphone distributor on legal structuring, compliance, and litigation.
Melvin has actively handled a wide range of litigation matters, including filing police reports, accompanying and preparing witnesses throughout the investigative process, and representing clients in civil and commercial court proceedings. Melvin's courtroom and investigative experience spans across criminal fraud, intellectual property, employment disputes, and consumer protection cases, both in district courts and in dealings with law enforcement agencies.
Previously, Melvin was a Mid-Level Associate at Anggraeni and Partners, where Melvin regularly represented high-profile clients in complex criminal and civil cases before Indonesian courts and regulatory bodies.
